Shipped with USPS. Item should work as designed. Spring loaded flipper does not need to be moved or adjusted by hand. Simply raise handle all the way up and select bottle size required. Then machine is ready when handle is lowered to use in 2 to 5 o' clock position. Appx. 16 " tall.
