If you are particular about the cork, then ask questions before you bid.Uncorked uncrimped crowns: Some unused crowns of the cork-lined era were never corked as they were pulled from the production line to be used as a salesman's sample. Sales reps handed these out to potential customers, or they could be mounted in a display book to show customers. In other instances, employees would take one or two of a design off the line prior to the cork being installed and take them home for displays or souveniers.Skirts: I don't usually photograph the side(s) of a crown. I usually try to take the time to show a really bad spot, but sometimes time is short and I overlook it. If it is really important to you on a particular crown, ask for additional images.Reflared: Some crowns I receive in collections and trade stock I've bought have been re-flared. If you are the winning bid on a reflared crown, simply request in the note section of your Paypal payment and I will re-cap your crown on a bottle to eliminate the reflaring, keeping in mind a slight concaveness in the crown could result. Domestic (in the U.S.) S&H is $4.95 no matter how many auctions you win this week IF you wait for a combined invoice and pay on ONE invoice.I am now using the eBay International Shipping Program on a trial basis. I must ship each order in a separate package. eBay rules do not let me combine orders, so be sure to pay for all your items on ONE INVOICE as that will become an order.I will combine S&H on all auctions ending the same week IF you wait for a combined invoice and pay on ONE invoice.
